Pastry Chef needed for 100M+ private motoryacht, based in Europe
The Pastry Chef is responsible for crafting high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods tailored to the tastes of the yacht owner & guests. Their duties include planning and executing personalized menus, accommodating dietary preferences and restrictions, and ensuring consistency in presentation and flavor. They must be highly creative, adaptable to various cuisines, and capable of working in a confined galley space under high-pressure environments. Additional responsibilities often include inventory management, sourcing premium ingredients, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and collaborating with the rest of the culinary team to support overall meal preparation.
Start date: 1st March
Package on offer: flexible 4:2 rotation - EUR salary
Qualifications needed: Valid passport (and Schengen visa if applicable), 5 part basic STCW, seafarers medical, Food & hygiene level 3
