Rotational Chief Engineer 55m Private and Charter

Job description

We're working with a 55m+ Italian build yacht who are looking for a Chief Engineer to join their team.

The yacht is used all year round but does not go over to the Caribbean.
Private and charter – this is a busy yacht and used for both purposes. You must be happy to work hard and be hands on.
A great crew with longevity, there is a good morale on board plus supportive and fair captains.
An excellent budget for the yacht, the engine room is maintained to a high standard and there is two yard periods per year to keep the yacht in top condition.
You must have experience with admin and paperwork as regular reporting is required in this role.
Chief Engineer Unlimited, SV Chief 9000kW or Y1/Y2 ticket required.
Salary is between €9,500 – €10,000 depending on experience plus an incredible bonus scheme (far above industry standard).
Shared cabin.
Start date is end of March.
