Seeking a rotational Sous Chef to join our fabulous team of 20.
Male only due to cabin arrangements & must be Covid vaccinated (or willing).
Currently located in the Caribbean and will be crossing back to Europe in May for a short yard period before a busy Med season.
Great mix of crew on board who enjoy doing activities together such as hiking, kitesurfing and, of course, sampling the best local cuisine wherever we are!
As Sous Chef, during guest operations you will be responsible for the day to day organisation of the galley with a focus on preparing crew food, while assisting the Head Chef to prepare guest food as required. You must have experience and knowledge of preparing international cuisines with the ability to offer a large and varied repertoire of (relatively healthy) dishes. Open to chefs new to the industry, looking for their first gig, with a solid restaurant background.

Roughly 2 months on, 1 month off - but will have to be slightly flexible around charters

We are a successful charter boat offering high-end service with regular repeat charterers: as the Sous Chef on board you will be assisting the Head Chef to maintain this current standard. The ideal candidate will be looking to commit to this position on board, bring in positive energy and new ideas, and become part of the close-knit crew.
