Job description
We are seeking an experienced and flexible Seasonal Sole Chef to join a 25m M/Y operating a mixed private and charter program in the Mediterranean.
This role suits a confident sole chef who enjoys creating fresh, well-balanced cuisine while adapting to both owner preferences and charter guest expectations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all galley operations, including menu planning, provisioning, budgeting, and maintaining high hygiene standards.
You will be expected to deliver a high level of presentation for charters while also providing healthy, varied meals for owners and crew.
Previous sole chef experience on yachts or in high-end hospitality
Experience working on both private and charter yachts preferred
Ability to cater for varying dietary requirements and guest preferences
Strong menu planning and provisioning skills within a compact galley
Confident producing owner, guest, and crew meals
Organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure
Food hygiene certificate preferred
A salary of up to €5,000 is on offer with charter tips
Start date ASAP, although can be flexible for the right person
