Seasonal Tender Driver required for a 70M+ Motor Yacht

Location: Mediterranean (Seasonal Contract)
Start Date: 1st of June 2025
Duration: Mediterranean Season June – September 2025

Job Overview:
Successful candidates will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining the yacht’s tenders, ensuring seamless guest transfers, and supporting water-based activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the yacht’s tenders for guest transfers, water sports, and shore excursions.
Ensure tenders are maintained, fuelled, and in pristine condition always.
Assist with guest safety briefings and provide exceptional service during tender operations.
Support the deck team with general duties, including mooring, cleaning, and maintenance as required.

Requirements:

Valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate.
Yacht master 200gt or equivalent
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience operating tenders or small vessels, preferably on superyachts.
Strong knowledge of Mediterranean waters and ports (preferred).
Excellent navigation, seamanship, and boat-handling skills.
Professional demeanour with a guest-focused attitude.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Valid ENG1 medical certificate (or equivalent).
