Second Engineer / 80m / Build

Job description

We're working with an 80m yacht that's still in build and are looking for a second engineer to join them.

The position requires a minimum SV EOOW or EOOW Unlimited ticket, if you hold your 2nd engineer unlimited ticket or are close to achieving it, this is looked upon favourably.

Any experience with setting up systems, warranty periods, refits or build experience would be beneficial but not essential. You must have prior experience on yachts to be considered.

The yacht will also consider an experienced 3rd engineer (4+ years as 3rd on yachts), who is looking for a step up to 2nd.

Accommodation provided, daily food allowance and medical insurance.

38 days leave during the build, this will move to a 2/2 rotation after launch in 2025.

€6,500 – €8,000 salary depending on experience and ticket.

Dual season itinerary after launch.

Start date is flexible, ideally late August.
