Senior Deckhand -100m + - Dual Season

A 100m+ High-Profile M/Y is looking for a Senior Deckhand to join them at the beginning of December.

This a fantastic opportunity to gain further experience onboard a vessel with a lot of busy operations. The programme has a huge focus on training and upskilling crew, with an incredible, structured internal promotion system in place.

The vessel runs with long-standing HOD's who operate a professionally run programme. There is a great crew onboard with solid longevity across departments and an excellent crew culture.

You will ideally have 2-3+ years in the industry and have your YMO in hand. The programme runs with several large tenders, so you’ll need to be experienced driving tenders up to 40ft.

There is an excellent dynamic amongst the crew onboard with great crew activities organised during down-time, including golf days, group fitness sessions and social events!

On offer is a competitive salary above industry standard, along with 3 months on, 6 weeks off rotation and other perks to be discussed during an initial call.
