Job description

Experienced Senior Deckhand wanted for a 120m+ Private/Charter MY currently based out of the Eastern Med.
This a fantastic opportunity to gain experience leading a deck team on a vessel with a lot of operations, with a focus on training and upskilling crew, alongside a structured internal promotion system in place.
The vessel runs with long standing HOD's who operate a professionally run programme. There is a great crew onboard with solid longevity across departments.
You will ideally have 2-3+ years in the industry and will be responsible for the projects given to your team, ensuring a high level of quality whilst passing knowledge on to your deck team.
There is a good dynamic amongst the crew onboard with great crew activities organised during down time.
Male only due to cabin arrangements.
On offer is a competitive salary to be discussed at interview, on a 2:1 rotation. Training budgets available for those offering longevity.
