Senior Service Stew required for this 100+m very high profile MY

We are looking for a candidate with 3 years in yachting, preferably on board large yachts. You will be looking to take more responsibility on, you will work closely with the HOS
World cruising yacht, private & charter, heading to the Indian Ocean for a 3 week charter early next year
Large interior team, you will be a genuine team player, motivated to do well be career minded. The yacht has an excellent focus on career growth
Fantastic longevity on board with the crew, growing in their roles and being promoted through the ranks
Start is ASAP but can wait for the right person
Salary 3800 EURO (this is currently being reviewed)
12 weeks on : 6 weeks off rotation
Equal share of tips whether you are on or off
