Job description

Experienced Senior Sous Chef required for a 120m + private vessel.

We are looking for an established Chef with previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef on larger vessels or ideally Head Chef experience. You will be working closely with the Head Chefs, playing an important role within the galley and acting effectively as a Second Head Chef. With this said, they are looking for a confident candidate who is keen to grow and establish themselves on a bigger vessel.

Great existing team onboard with lovely Head Chefs.

You will ideally have 5+ years of experience in senior roles and additional restaurant/shoreside private cheffing experience.

We are looking for a well-rounded Chef, who is keen to take on responsibility and be a valuable member of the team.

Incredible training budgets in place for those looking to expand on their knowledge.
The role comes with a 2:2 rotation.

Salary will be depending on experience but very competitive and in line with a Head Chef's salary.
Start date will be March 2025
