Sole Chef - 40m Private - Dual Season Vessel

Sole Chef required for private 40m dual season motor yacht.
-We are looking for an organised and efficient Chef with previous experience on similar vessels to join this yacht for the 2024 summer season. This role will ideally start as soon as possible, definitely within the next two weeks to allow time to familiarise before the next guest trip. There will then be a few summer trips before heading into a yard period in the Med for a few months. Afterwards, the vessel will be going over to the Caribbean.
-The successful candidate will have at least a few seasons of yachting experience and be competent at provisioning, budgeting and maintaining the galley solo as this is a busy private program. You must be confident as a Chef and happy to have the owner coming in and out of the galley as he has a real interest in food.
-You will liaise with the owners directly to create menus – they like a mix of cuisines so you must be well versed in a range of styles.
-There is a small tight-knit crew of 7 onboard.
-Salary is 6,500 – 7,000 euros, depending on experience.
-45 days leave on offer.
