Looking for an experienced Sole Chef to join a 40m Private yacht!

Great cruising around SE Asia, and likely to spend the foreseeable future cruising around those areas
Looking for a chef with a real focus on Asian cuisine (this is a MUST)
This is not a party boat, they have a real family set up on board.
You'll have some good experience provisioning in remote locations!
You will have a love and flair for Med/Greek, Italian and have some great ideas for salads/grilled fish and incorporating fresh local produce.
A real bonus if you have baking skills for fresh bread!
The owner will usually want fairly simple family style presentation, but you will need to have the ability to step it up for dinner parties and some events when required.
