Sole Chef - 43m - 2:2 Rotation

Job description
We are looking for a Sole Chef to join a 45m motoryacht in the Bahamas by the 8th of January.
This position is initially to cover the chef for a 2-3 week trip in the Bahamas.
However, for the right candidate this could turn into a time-for-time rotational position.
B1/2 visa is essential.
Male candidates only due to cabins.
The trip will involved a lot of fishing for the guests.
Not necessarily late nights, but early starts and early finishes.
We need a chef with proven history as a Sole Chef.
Expectations for the guests are high, but manageable, not necessarily Michelin style cooking.
Crew of 8, guests up to 12 guests but very rarely.
There are some dietary requirements to cater for.
However, there are very detailed preferences sheets to work from onboard.
You will need to be excellent at preparing and cooking meat and fish – they catch a lot of fish onboard!
Lovely crew onboard with very friendly owners.
Salary on offer – $500 a day for the temp position.
Start date – 8th of January.
