Description

We have a 45m dual season motor yacht looking for a new Sole Chef to join their programme.

On offer is a very generous salary of up to $10,000 DOE.

Well equipped and spacious galley onboard and a Captain & owner who spare no budget when it comes down to the equipment in the galley.

You will be responsible for cooking for 10 crew and no more than 6 guests when the yacht is used privately. When chartering, the yacht can accommodate 10 guests in total.

Very close-knit crew onboard. The crew appreciate the workload of a Sole Chef, so they are always more than happy to help out, it won’t be uncommon to see the Chief Engineer helping out with dishes!

The yacht will operate a dual season programme so it will be a great chance for you to get to see some epic places around the world and not just sit in port!

The owner is a massive foody and understands the importance of having a good Chef onboard. The owner likes simple food cooked well and appreciates well thought-out plated dishes.

Shared cabin onboard and male candidates only please due to the cabin arrangements.

The start date for this role is flexible but ideally, they would like someone onboard for the middle of May.

Standard MLC holiday package on offer. However, the owner will allow some flexibility on this for the right candidate within reason.
