Job description

Viking Crew are looking for a sole chef to join a 50M + Sailing Yacht with a great worldwide cruising itinerary,
South Pacific/Asia
Ideal candidate will be:
Providing very high quality guest meals using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, considering guest preferences, dietary requirements and any allergies.
Have knowledge and understanding of produce and ability to provision in remote parts of the world.
Skilled in a variety of cooking techniques to a very high standard, including traditional European and Asian cuisines.
Providing nutritionally balanced, healthy crew meals for a crew of 7.
Annual leave 38 Days .
Male due to cabin arrangements .
Start date Jan 2024.
