Sole Chef required for 45m MY

We are looking for an excellent Solo chef to join this lovely 45m MY
This is a busy private & charter yacht with a 6 week charter booked for this summer. This will be the only charter Med 2024
US owners who love food. We are looking for a Classical Culinary trained Chef that can adapt to the owners/charterers
The owner really enjoys Michelin star food, fine dining and also eating off the yacht and exploring restaurants wherever they are
This year the yacht will be heading to Denmark, Copenhagen where the Boss will be expected to enjoy dining out
Excellent itinerary – Northern Europe for summer – all of Scandinavia
This is a great yacht for a real foodie Chef that is organised and excited about beautiful presentation etc!
You will send menus to the Boss ahead of guest arrival so you will need to be organised & have good computer skills
No budgets on board so although this is a well equipped galley, if there is something you really want, you can!
