Job description

Viking Crew are looking for a Sole Chef to join a 40M+ Motor Yacht.

Start date: 20th February
Location: Joining in Mexico -
Package on offer: USD salary, time for time rotation

Requirements-
Valid STCW, ENG1 and B1/B2 Visa
Experienced Chef who has worked on similar sized vessels previously
Candidate should hold strong provisioning and menu planning skills
Must be able to maintain galley whilst also delivering high quality meals
Background cooking Asian, Australian and preparing Seafood is preferred
European culinary background would be a bonus

Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements
