Sous Chef required for this super busy 60m MY
We are looking for a Sous Chef with a years yachting experience to join this lovely, busy MY
This yacht is dual season with the Caribbean being primarily owner use (with a couple of charters) and then the summer is back to back charter with minimal (7 days) owner use
The successful candidate will have a solid restaurant background as well as some experience on board yachts
The crew are a big family that have a lot of fun together so personality is key to this role. We want someone social, a real team player that knows when it's time to be serious and get on with work
As the Sous Chef you will work alongside the Head Chef doing crew & guest food
We really want someone ambitious that sees yachting as a career!
