Job description
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a well regarded 60m within the next few weeks.
Lovely team onboard with great Captains and Head Chefs – they have worked hard to create a really positive and enjoyable working environment.
You will be responsible for cooking for the crew both on and off trip, as well as assisting the Head Chef with guest food.
The vessel spends a lot of time chartering in the summer so past charter experience would be advantageous. Ideally you will have at least 1-2 seasons onboard as well as a culinary background.
Dual season vessel that focuses on a Med/Caribbean itinerary – that said they are going to some interesting locations this year.
The salary for this role is 4,500 euros pcm as well as 60 days of leave.
Share of owner and charter tips, which are worth factoring into the overall package.
Having your B1B2 in hand would be advantageous.
If someone could be available sooner, then they would be happy to move ahead.
