Sous Chef - 65m M/Y - Charter Program

Job description

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a 65m M/Y ASAP!

This is a charter yacht so you will ideally already have experience onboard a busy program and be able to work unsupervised.
You will be responsible for cooking for the crew as well as assisting the Head Chef with guest food.
Ideally you will have at least 1-2 seasons onboard as well as a culinary background – both training and restaurant experience. You could be newer to yachting but you must be a really strong chef.
Dual season vessel that focuses on a Europe/Caribbean itinerary.
The salary for this role is 4,500 euros, plus equal share of tips, discretionary bonuses etc
