Job description
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a 70m, dual season charter M/Y in the Spring.
This is a busy program so you must have yachting experience (ideally on a similar-sized vessel) to be considered for this role.
Lovely boat with a nice opportunity to work under talented Head Chefs who are keen to mentor.
The vessel runs a traditional Med/Caribbean itinerary.
You will be responsible for crew food off-charter and will assist with occasional guest food on trip. Experience with bread making, desserts etc is desired.
They are looking for an eager Chef, who is keen to learn and continue to grow whilst feeling confident in their role. As well as some experience onboard, you must have a restaurant background and/or culinary training.
Chefs already located in the Med will be looked on favourably as the Head Chefs would love to meet candidates in person/arrange trials where possible.
Start date will be in May.
Salary is 4,200 – 4,500 euros per month DOE.
This role will come with a 2:2 rotation.
