Sous Chef - 80m - 2:2 Rotation - New Build

Job description

Sous Chef required for fantastic 80m MY new build.
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join this beautiful new build launching spring 2024.
Candidates will have yacht experience as well as land based experience.
Some Michelin experience to bring to the table would be a bonus.
This is a dual season yacht with the itinerary TBC.
Fantastic Captain on board and Head Chefs that have been with the owners for 1 & 4 years respectively.
You will be working with the Head Chef cooking both crew & guest food.
The start date is around Feb/March.
This is a rotational role offering a 2:2 – during the final months of the build you will need to flexible.
This might see you on a full time contract to start before moving in to the rotational role – this has been approved by owner & management.
Salary DOE – €5,500 to start.
Good training budget in place.
