Sous Chef required for 80m 2023 build
We are looking for a culinary trained Sous Chef with at least 1 season on board yachts
The Sous Chef will work directly with the Head Chef doing guest & crew food. Preferably a candidate that has strong pastry skills!
The galley is interesting and has an open table in it where guests may come to dine so you must be happy cooking in front of guests and be very clean & tidy
Well established crew that have previously worked together, good longevity amongst the team
You will be assisting with crew food too which should be interesting and vibrant with dietary requirements taken into account
Very active, social crew and Captains on board that encourage crew activities such as quiz nights, dock BBQ etc
Package is 5:1 and salary starting from 4500 EURO
Cruising the Med and then unknown
