Job description
On the lookout for a Sous Chef to join a lovely private 80m+ yacht!
A large part of the role will be administration, so you must be comfortable with this, crunching numbers for the owners diet – fats, carbs and protein intake!
Lots of menu planning and supporting with sending of menus and orders
Assisting the Head Chef and cooking crew and guest food
The owners spend the whole summer on the yacht, a large family with lots of different preferences so you should be comfortable with being dynamic with a range of cuisines
You will be keen to work hard and as part of a collaborative team, looking to learn and be happy to be a Sous Chef
Great friendly crew, they like to socialise together and the boat plans a lot of activities for team building
Salary – €6,000 – €7,000
