Sous Chef – Private new build – exciting opportunity for the right chef!

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef who comes from a yachting background to join a lovely 100m+ yacht!
You will be assisting with most things – the goal being to do more of the guest food, along with organising and helping with provisioning while the Head Chefs focus on menu planning.
You will be joining a yacht with one of the most personable yacht owners out there – great captains and HOD's – a fantastic working environment onboard!
Looking for someone who is outgoing and will get involved socially with the crew
Ideally you will show longevity in your yachting career.
€7,500 – time:time rotation
B1/B2 is a bonus
