Job description
We have a 87m Private/Charter Motor Yacht looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their programme ASAP.
Prestigious Northern European built yacht with a well equipped galley.
We are looking for someone with a solid restaurant background, who has some experience in yachting. If you have baking/pastry skills – this is a massive bonus!
Great crew dynamic onboard with experience Captains running the vessel from the top down.
You will be responsible for cooking for 28 crew as well as assisting a lovely Head Chef in creating well-presented and high-quality cuisine for guests with high standards and expectations.
The crew have various dietary requirements including several gluten free/lactose free; ideally, we need someone that can cater for varied tastes and is good at making varied and healthy food.
Male only please due to cabin arrangements.

You will need to hold your Ships Cook Certificate.
On offer is a salary up to €6,000 DOE + 90 Days Leave.
