Job description
We are seeking a professional and versatile Stew/Cook to join a 20m private/charter sailing catamaran with a dual season program in the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
The position is a dual-role combining both interior and galley responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be capable of delivering a high standard of guest service and housekeeping, while also preparing and presenting varied, healthy, and well-balanced meals for both guests and crew.
Charter experience on vessels of a similar size will be considered a strong advantage.
Charters already booked for the Caribbean
Provisioning, menu planning, and preparation of meals for guests and crew
Delivering a high standard of service during private and charter operations
Housekeeping and interior maintenance to ensure the vessel is presented to the highest level at all times
Flexibility to support the team in all areas when required
Previous experience in a similar Stew/Cook role, ideally within the charter sector
Confident culinary skills with the ability to cater to a variety of guest preferences and dietary requirements
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic
Professional presentation with a positive and adaptable attitude

B1/B2 is NOT essential

A salary of €4,000 plus charter tips is on offer
