We are seeking an exceptional Sole Chef with Michelin-level experience to join a high-end 35m+ Charter S/Yon a dual season itinerary.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, creative, and highly skilled chef who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.
The yacht operates as both Private and Charter and places a strong emphasis on fresh seasonal cuisine with beautifully presented, flavour-forward dishes.
Michelin star restaurant background or equivalent fine dining experience
Strong understanding of provisioning and menu planning for charters
Ability to cater to a wide range of dietary requirements and preferences
High level of cleanliness, organisation, and time management
Previous experience on sailing yachts or smaller crewed yachts is a plus
Itinerary: Mediterranean summer / Caribbean winter
