I am looking for a Chief Engineer for a high-profile residential estate in West Oxfordshire. This role involves overseeing the maintenance of buildings, systems, and vehicles to ensure optimal operation and aesthetics of the estate.

Responsibilities:

Manage repair operations across various systems (electrical, plumbing, cooling, AV).
Expertise in building trades with hands-on ability for minor repairs.
Foster relationships with principals, team members, and third-party suppliers.
Lead and develop a small team, ensuring high performance.
Implement maintenance and energy optimization programs for efficiency and cost management.
Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards.
Oversee financial aspects of maintenance budgets.
Maintain vehicles, ensuring compliance with regulations.
