Job description
Viking Crew are recruiting for a Temp Chef position on a 36m M/Y.
Start Date: June 15th - September 6th
For the right candidate his could change to permanent
Visa: B1/B2 or US citizen/ Greencard holder.
Salary: $ D.O.E
Health Coverage
ENG1 /Medical - Food Safety & Hygiene cert preferred but not mandatory.
Disposition Sort: Happy, professional, and well-presented. Excellent communicator with a can-do attitude. Good food waste management, excellent organization, and clean galley practices.
Deal Breaker: No Smoking & No Drugs, Gluten Free cooking knowledge is a must.
Seeking a well-rounded Chef of either gender.
The owners are active and love to entertain. The owners will have the crew participate in guests excursions. They understand a great work-life balance for their crew.
Good American food; must have diversified culinary skills.
A culinary-trained chef is Not unnecessary as long as they have a passion for cooking great food and an expanded repertoire.
The chef must have experience cooking for a crew of 7 (including the candidate) and up to 10 guests.
One of the Owners has an allergic restriction to Crab
ENG1 /Medical - Food Safety & Hygiene cert preferred but not mandatory.
