Temp 2nd Chef on a 70m!

On the lookout for someone who can work independently as this is a busy programme and the Head Chefs get pulled away a lot!
Cooking for around 19 crew
Buffet, family style kind of meals – salads, vegetables, proteins etc
They like varied, good food and keeping the crew happy (there is no strict format)
They do like to do a range of South American, Asian and Italian style
A very good sized galley, very well equipped with plenty of room for 2 people
Day rate of $190
Starting mid-June, ending early August
