On the search for a Sole Chef to join a Private & Charter 48m!

Looking for someone with similar experience as a Sole Chef around the same sized vessels.
They run a fairly dry, health-conscious yacht with crew who enjoy being social!
Dual-season cruising with a lovely owner.
Great crew culture on board, everyone is really into their fitness.
B1/B2 compulsory
Cuisine wise - they love Italian, fairly basic but can ramp it up when needs be! They also like Asian style such as sushi etc..
Looking for someone who is able to perform well, nothing bland, just a good range of skills!
