Temp Stew/Crew Chef – 40m Private MY – Mediterranean Based
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Temp Stew/Crew Chef to join a private 40m motor yacht. The vessel runs a relaxed, family-style program and operates year-round in the Mediterranean.
This position will be a temp role with the focus of becoming either a perm Sole Chef or 2nd Stew role
The Yacht is just about to launch from the shipyard and berth in the SOF
The position will be split between light interior duties and preparing high-quality, healthy meals for the crew. The ideal candidate is someone organised, positive, and able to work independently while maintaining excellent standards in both galley and interior
Prepare daily crew meals (approx. 6–8 crew) with varied, balanced menus
Support the Chief Stew with interior upkeep, guest service, and turnarounds as required
Assist with provisioning, stock management, and galley organisation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
Be adaptable to help across departments when needed
Previous experience as a Stewardess/Crew Chef or Sole Chef on vessels 35–50m
Confident in cooking fresh, wholesome dishes
Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
Salary: €4,000 - €5,000 DOE
