Temporary 3rd Engineer - 70m+ - 8 month contract

Job description

A lovely opportunity has come available for a 3rd engineer to join a 70m+ German build yacht as a temp for an extensive refit and yard period, totalling 8 months.

AEC2 qualification minimum – however, EOOW Unlimited is desirable.
You will have standard MLC leave, plus time off over Christmas and New Year.
Accommodation provided with the rest of the engineering team.
Food allowance and crew cars available.
Weekends off – apart from the odd occasion when very busy.
They are looking for someone keen and hungry to continue learning and experience a shipyard period.
You must have prior experience as 3rd engineer on a yacht to be considered.
Salary 6000 USD per month.
Contract is from late October – May.
