Temporary Head Chef needed for 60m, private, MY.
Our client is looking for an experienced Head Chef to join them this weekend for approximately two months on a temporary contract.
This vessel has new owners who will be using the boat sporadically and over weekends to get a feel for it. They will be cruising the med, and have bases in both Monaco and Mallorca.
The owners are European, young and like to eat healthy, nutritious food with plenty of variety. They are looking for someone who is highly skilled and creative, with head Chef experience on a similar-sized vessel.
The galley team is made up of 2 Head Chef and 2nd Chef. The galley is high-end with state-of-the-art equipment and plenty of storage.
As Head Chef you will be responsible for guest food, assisting with crew food (also very healthy, daily fresh bread, lots of choice), provisioning and ordering, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and stock rotation.
This is a temporary position as the vessel will be going on for a long refit period at the end of December, there will be no need for a head Chef during that tiime.
Salary: 8000 – 8500 euros DOE.
Start date: ASAP (this weekend 28/10/2023).
