Temporary Sous Chef required for 100m + research vessel.
Duties include
Buffet style food for up to 100 people
BBQ's
VIP functions
Provisioning
Meal Planning
Working with in budget
Start date 5th December Finish Date 5th Jan (possibly longer).
Must have previous experience on cruise ship or yachts
STCW, ENG1, PDSD, Ships Cook Certificate
