We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Chief / Sole Engineer to join a private 28m M/Y.

The yacht is currently in North America in the shipyard, and has been undergoing a lot of work to get it ready to come back to the Med
As Sole Engineer, you will be fully responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all technical systems onboard.
You will manage planned maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with flag and class requirements.
This role requires strong organisation, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
Overall responsibility for all mechanical, electrical and technical systems
Planned maintenance system management and record keeping
Budget management and spare parts inventory
Liaising with contractors and shipyards
Strong all round technical knowledge, including engines, generators, AV IT, plumbing and electrical systems
You will need a B1/B2 to hand
Y3/Y4 ticket is preferred, or an AEC 1&2 with solid engineering experience
A package of €7k-€10k DOE and ticket is on offer with 38 days leave
