Viking Crew are looking for a Y1/Y2 Rotational Chief Engineers for 70m sailing yacht

Sought for a cutting-edge new build sailing yacht which will launch in the Summer of 2025.

This is an exciting, once in a lifetime opportunity to be part of an evolving project that will push the boundaries of yacht design and operation.

Essential qualities:

Y1 or Y2 MCA Chief Engineer certificate. STCW. ENG1
Proven experience with the management and maintenance of 700V DC electrical generation and regeneration, safety and compliance protocols to ensure the smooth operation of the systems.
Experience with fully electric propulsion systems is desirable.
Knowledge of IT control systems is essential.
Meticulous attention to detail and record keeping.
Team player ethos essential to success.
Sailing background is beneficial.
Fluency in English is a must.
