I am a confident and extremely hard- working individual. I come with years of experience in the food and service industry. I’m very family orientated, and was raised on a wine farm in Stellenbosch, Cape Town where my service career started in my parents Restaurant. From a young age I have been exposed to the sea, my family having owned boats I have always been in and around water, spending most of my family holidays enjoying many different water sports. Working in the entertainment industry as an event planner I have gained vast experience, from coordinating large international events such as the Red bull downhill challenge to the J&B Met International horseracing and fashion event, training both barman and waiters (including silver service). I have also done Consular Events, private house parties and was privileged enough to host Nelson Mandela plus 500 distinguished guests on Island. Through my travels and working experience as an au pair and manager of a family run Hotel, I have dealt with guests from all over the world.
