About me

Dear recruitment team. I'm Looking for position as sole chef, pastry chef, 2nd chef or Crew chef, cook/stew position. I was graduation from Polytechnic Tourism Makassar in Food Production Management. Have experience as chef de partie in mining catering company to production and supervise all sections main kitchen cold kitchen pastry and bakery for the mining crew meal. have experience seasonal charter 1 contract (7 months)on yacht as pastry chef in variety cruise but as pastry chef i also do bakery, cold kitchen and back up main kitchen if chief cook need a hand. I have 4 contrack as pastry assistant and get promote as pastry cook in Norwegian cruise line. Temporary reliever in grand circle cruise line. Preopening team in Myko Hotel and Convention Center Makassar and also have job training (best trainee) in Harris Resort Waterfront Batam. With my experience i'm able to make pastry, bakery, cold cuts, and main course (asian food like japanese food, indonesian food, thai food and indian food, western food like italian, mediteranian, and greek since i learn that on my culinary art diploma). I have valid C1/D visa that i renew this January and valid until 2029, And B1/B2 USA Visa valid until 2028, valid schegen visa , valid Seaman document that is Seaman book, Basic safety training, crowd and crisis management, Security Awareness, and seafarer with designated security duties. Also valid Ship cook, food safety and food handling. Valid seafarer medical. I am in a good health with full vaccination and booster for covid-19, fast learning, work well with other, and able to use English both oral and written. With me join the team, I can deliver taste and various dish from appetizers, main course and dessert. Best Regard
