Originally from New Zealand, I grew up around the water. Over the past few years I have honed my skills within sailing, deck maintenance, line handling, wash downs, tender driving, and guest services, as well as other skills required. I have worked in both private and charter environments, adapting quickly to different vessel operations, crew dynamics, and guest expectations. I am known to be reliable, safety conscious, and proactive. I’m equally confident standing a watch at sea or supporting guests during busy charters. I’ve also had the honour to be apart of the New Zealand Coastguard, helming and crewing on our 30-33ft RayGlass Protector tenders. Being an on call responder for missing persons/vessels, towing damaged vessels, and other emergencies in high stress situations gives me an added edge in handling rough seas and anything else thrown my way.
