I am experienced Interior Manager / Chief Stew based in Montenegro and SOF. I have been based here since 2006. I joined the yachting industry in young age. I was 24 and worked on yachts 40 – 85 as a Stewardess before becoming a Chief Stew developing my career to become an Interior Manager in 2015. I am now successful and confident Interior Manager/ CS on charter, private and new built yachts. I have 15 years’ experience. I have developed skills required to manage Interior up to very high standards. I have deep understanding of guest service to consistently deliver results. I am a friendly nature and calm personality based on respect and clear communication. I am always dedication on meeting owners’ requirements and exceeding expectations whatever it is possible. I lead by example, I am hard working dedicated and very loyal. I am also very well balanced and healthy. I don’t drink and smoke and really enjoy spending my free time with my family, who keeps me very busy. I also enjoy sport and outdoor activities. I love my work. I have proven longevity and have excellent feedback from my previous employers.
