Adam Smith. I have been in the industry for 9yrs with 8yrs Bosun experience on busy Private/Charter and Support vessel programs ranging from 55 - 80m in length. Vast experience of all leadership, maintenance, training, tender and crane activates on deck. Currently completing a couple of OOW courses to just have two remaining with the aim for full completion with 6-8 months.
