We are seeking an all-year-round position with longevity, ideally with the opportunity to settle on one vessel and become a reliable, valued part of the team. We are extremely versatile and would be happy to consider winter work, delivery, Atlantic crossing, shipyard periods or a position leading into the next season. OUR COMBINED SKILL SET Lucy – Chief / 2nd / Sole Stewardess • Crew Cook • Personal Trainer ● Experienced across all aspects of interior operations ● 3 full seasons in yachting, with 6 years of total yachting experience including UK regattas ● Confident as Chief, 2nd or Sole Stewardess ● Experienced crew cook with a strong understanding of provisioning and crew meals ● Personal Trainer, with a proven and intelligent approach to training and mentoring new and junior stews ● Strong in guest service, housekeeping, laundry, organisation, service and interior management ● Professional, calm and highly adaptable Andy – Lead Deckhand / Engineer Assistant • AEC 1 & 2 • Chase Boat Driver ● Fully competent across all deck duties and water-sports operations ● Experienced with full water-sports setups, towing, tenders and yacht toys ● Chase boat driver up to 10m ● Experienced diving chase boat operator ● AEC 1 & 2 qualified ● Previously ran his own home-renovation business for 20 years, giving him extensive practical experience across carpentry, plumbing, maintenance and general trades ● Previous security background, bringing a strong awareness of safety and security onboard ● Extremely practical, hands-on and capable of dealing with maintenance and day-to-day problems independently We have just completed another successful 2026 season aboard a 30m motor yacht in Palma and are now ready and available for our next opportunity together. As a couple, we are fit, hardworking, professional, adaptable and extremely team-oriented. We have been together for 5 years and work very harmoniously both together and alongside other crew. We are genuinely no-drama, hands-on people who simply want to work hard, contribute to a happy crew and find a boat where we can stay for the long term. QUALIFICATIONS & DOCUMENTATION We both hold: ● STCW ● ENG1 ● PBL2 ● Seaman’s Book ● Level 2 Food Hygiene ● B1/B2 visas ● Schengen visas Andy holds AEC 1 & 2, and we are both planning to complete our Yachtmaster qualifications together next year.
