About me
I’m a qualified chef with 10+ years experience onboard small cruise ships, an expedition vessel and a historic sailing yacht. I’ve worked in various locations onboard namely: Main Galley Saucier, Crew Galley Sous Chef, La Terrazza, Pool Grill, La Dame ( Relais&Chateaux), Main Galley Sous Chef and Pantry Sous Chef. I was part of a successful USPH score onboard Silver Muse in 2019, Disney Magic in 2016 and Crystal Serenity in 2022. My last performance appraisal onboard Silver Muse stated I was ready for promotion as Chef De Cuisine but, due to COVID those plans did not materialise. I am professional, organised, self-motivated and highly respected by my team.
