My career within the maritime industry began early providing me with 6 years of experience, a passion for the sea and boating. From one of the youngest female Harbour Masters, I am looking for my next deckhand position on a professional super yacht with the desire and drive to progress up through the industry with my positive and hardworking attitude. I am also crew for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI), I do this voluntary to save lives at sea. This has given me a lot of first aid skills, nautical skills and the ability to work calmly under extreme pressure. I am a motivated and enthusiastic individual with extensive knowledge and a great range of experience in maritime, keeping safety as one of my main priorities. Since leaving my role as Harbour Master I have been a First Mate board a 37m private motor yacht where I also ran the entire deck department. I then took a deckhand position on board a 55m private yacht where I improved my detailing skills. And used my tender and jet ski driving skills. I also gained experience in crane operations and more experience in anchoring, docking, line handling, navigation, radio communications and working in a close team. This has given me a good incite to the yachting industry and I am now ready to use my new skills on a professional, busy charter yacht.
