With my passion in boat paddling and Fishing skills I was inspired to enter the Maritime Industry to be professional in Navigation under different weather conditions. I never expect to finish my study alone despite of facing financial difficulties but time flies so fast until I've reached 8 years of seafaring. A lot of priorities came and goals are changing from time to time until I discovered the yacht industry throughout my researched. I wanted to experience the good environment, happy crew and of course their benefits. I experienced different weather conditions like in North Sea, Indian Ocean, Biscay, Bermuda Island etc., but everything is the same. I never got a seasick in any kinds of ship's movement. In my previous roles as a deckhand on offshore vessels and cargo ships, I gained extensive experience in various aspects of deck operations, from knot tying and line handling to maintaining a safe and organized working environment. My responsibilities included overseeing deck maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and assisting in navigational watch. This experience has equipped me with a strong understanding of maritime protocols and a commitment to excellence in every task. Throughout my career, I have developed strong leadership qualities that I believe are essential for the position of Bosun or Lead Deckhand. While working offshore, I often took the initiative to lead deckhands during various operations, ensuring that tasks were completed efficiently and safely. My ability to work collaboratively with a diverse crew has fostered a positive working environment and a strong team dynamic. I am excited about the possibility of transitioning my skills to a private yacht environment and am committed to providing exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations.
