With over 20 years in the maritime industry, including 15 in luxury yacht operations, I excel at building and leading growth-oriented teams with a culture of collaboration, high engagement, excellence, and growth for each team member, while fostering enjoyment for all in our unique industry. Alongside my service-driven leadership style, I offer a solid engineering foundation and exceptional project management skills, enabling smooth collaboration with technical teams, shipyards, engineers, and project managers. After taking some time away from full-time captain's positions for family and license upgrade reasons, I am currently seeking my next challenge in a rotational or permanent capacity on board a private or charter motor yacht in the 40-50m range.
