About me

Culinary trained chef seeking a galley position on a dynamic Private and/or Charter MY where I can build on my earlier success in land-based culinary establishments. I Spent 2024 working at Africa’s top voted restaurant, La Colombe (49th in the world), as well as catering companies that cater to HNWI clients, whilst completing a Fine-Dining Diploma from Africa’s top voted culinary school. I am looking to find a position within a program where I can provide an exceptional culinary experience to crew and guests while still growing my culinary skills.

Breakfast, cocktail and dinner service, crew and guest laundry (20 people), crew mess and back of house and housekeeping. 2 week boss trip.

3 week charter. Crew and guest laundry (20 people). Assisted with service. All housekeeping duties. Watch-keeping and provisioning.

Sole stew/deckhand (Temporary) at 31m Motor Yacht

Housekeeping and detailing of interior. Laundry for crew and owners (4 people. Wash downs, sanding and assisting on basic engineering tasks.
