Supervised three large new builds from the; Van Lent, Oceanco, and Blohm+Voss shipyards as Build Captain and involved in numerous refits and class surveys. Worked on dive and exploration vessels and cruise ships prior to joining the yachting industry. I'm Looking for a long-term role on a yacht or new build requiring a Captain with my background and qualifications. Operated vessels in some of the most remote areas, including NW Alaska, N Scandinavia, Indian Ocean and The Pacific. Setting clear expectations and boundaries by having a firm but fair leadership, also a passionate believer in mentoring my younger team members.
